WHAT ABOUT RETRO BISTRO?

Retro Bistro was founded in 1992 by Dominique Legeai and Masato Suzuki. This was the 2nd Bistro opened by Dominique and Masato, the first being D&J Bistro founded in 1987.

Christopher Barth and his wife Lorraine, both graduates of Kendall Hospitality Cuilinary School, became partners and operators in 1997 after 10 years of involvement with both D&J and Retro Bistro.

Retro Bistro has captured a faithful niche market by offering French bistro classics along with more modern, creative dishes, offered at a true value.

The dining room has a capacity of 100.

The Bar/Lounge can seat 25 and serves appetizers or full meals, has a complete selection of everything a sophisticated clientele would want.

Retro Bistro is located 5 minutes from Woodfield Mall, 10 minutes from Rosemont and 20 minutes from downtown Chicago.
